all purchases made at our store.
Pricing
We price our products with a lot of thought and rarely change them. In occasions when we
need to, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on
our own discretion. When we update a products price, this website will clearly reflect the
current price of the product. Discontinued products may no longer appear on the website.
Color Patterns.
Colors Patterns as seen in the image might differ due to visual differences and screens.
Camocoat makes sure the patterns in real are better than they look on screen.
Delivery & Shipping
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on
time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders.
For orders above ₹1000, shipping is absolutely free. For orders below ₹1000 nominal
delivery fee of ₹60 is applicable.
We will try to deliver the order within 3-4 working days.

query is resolved.
Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
We at Camocoat strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not
happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at

What is Camocoat Exchange Policy for Coats?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us
within 10 days of the delivery via any cost effective courier or registered post. We will issue
credit in your account for the value of the products plus an additional Rs. 50 to compensate
for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (international shipping
charges are non-refundable).

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 10 days of
delivery.
I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will
reimburse you for the entire amount you spend on returning the products to us or if you
wish to we will ship the new item at the earliest
Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before
10:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays or
Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day. If you want to cancel your order,
please send us a mail at [email protected] latest by 12:00 PM and we will guide
you through the process.
Can I get a refund for my order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel
your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed
through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. If you have any further

Buyer shall comply with all the applicable laws (Indian Contract Act and the rules made
and notifications issued there under and the Exchange Control Manual as may be issued by
Reserve Bank of India from time to time, Customs Act, Information and Technology Act,
2000 as amended by the Information Technology (Amendment) Act 2008, Prevention of
Money Laundering Act, 2002 and the rules made thereunder, Foreign Contribution
Regulation Act, 1976 and the rules made there under, Income Tax Act, 1961 and the rules
made there under, Export Import Policy of government of India) applicable to them
respectively for using Payment Facility and CAMOCOAT Website.
